This video documents an installation of Orai/Kalos,
a piece, which creates visual music through viewer
interaction. Digital images accompanied by digitally
manipulated sounds are projected onto a circular table
or screen embedded with magnetic sensors over
which viewers move special wands, which affect the
images and sounds that are produced. Orai/Kalos
is not an audiovisual composition, rather it is an instrument
for making visual music. |
