Chromatic Wave Cantata is interesting in that it is
time based, but not necessarily linear in its construction.
The piece includes live action film footage, digitally layered
with squares of solid color, and color wheels, which lends
it the feeling of an audiovisual collage. Accompanied by music,
which employs electronically-produced sounds as well as
drums and human voices, this work is an example of both
multi-media and intermedia. |
